    Good/quick brief!

(Your interior looks familiar … Subaru?)

  2. Al Says:

Please tell me you had your seatbelt on in the car?

  3. Jason Says:

I just feel it was to much hype for apple this time around. Don’t get me wrong I still love my apple.

  4. Cali Lewis Says:

    @Al – I’m wearing the seatbelt! :)

  5. Beardy Says:

Small correction – there’s no 16GB Touch any more – the one at $299 is actually a 32GB. Seems there’s some internal changes too – they mentioned OpenGL ES 2.0 support, which got added in the iPhone 3GS, so presumably it has the same graphics chip. I’m quite happy about all today’s updates. iTunes 9 is particularly good :)

  6. Michael Biddulph Says:

Cali – informal – “unplugged” – Do it this way more often – like listening to a friend who is in the passenger seat while cruising along – friendly and informative.

16 iphone and ipod with single usb was marvellous.

  8. SteadyShot Says:

Great brief. How do you keep the image so steady in the car?

  9. Luigi @loumacuser Says:

I enjjoyed the brief and in the car was great…..as another respondant calle dit “unplugged”

  10. Cali Lewis Says:

@SteadyShot the computer was sitting on some luggage in the back seat.

  11. Mike Kabala Says:

Imagine my surprise when, after driving 180 miles round trip to get my 32GB iPod Touch with the faster processor I heard on your podcast that it was only 16GB! I think you need to check your facts again, Cali. The 16GB model has been discontinued. Aside from the processor upgrade, the price on the 32GB model dropped by $100 to $299 … SWEET!

  12. Cali Lewis Says:

Yeah, keep in mind I recorded this *immediately* after the keynote, so I wasn’t going off official information from Apple, but reports coming out of the keynote. Sometimes details get mixed up :)

  13. Doc Breger Says:

@dvoka I’m pretty sure the car interior is a Mercedes, its similar to my E320. Can tell by the Wood Trim in the door.

  14. Retna Says:

Nice show, loved the scenery going by in the background. Very 1 to 1, like we were right there with ya. Do more that way.

  15. Daynah Says:

I love how you always condense the tech news for me. :) …even on the road. Thank you!

  16. Burton Haynes Says:
