Internet Explorer 7, Firefox, Safari, they all die when confronted to the hrp website. shame, the idea is cool and the demo on the podcast was tempting – oh yes, I run Vosta on this thing, I must try winth another of my various OS (Xandros, G-OS, macOS, xP Pro and 2000 … I hear “ubergeek …”) maybe is it because in Ireland we don’t have yet great bandwidth available at home? Here 2mb is as high as it goes. Love the show, Cali and Neil.

The web cam site navigation is pretty amazing and I cannot wait to see where this will go in the future.

@above_poster The material for the exhaust lift looks like a thick durable rubber, kind of like that used in moon bounces, or whatever they are called. I think it would be fine for the max 30 minutes it would take for somebody to change their tire.

Ohh an, i dont think ive said this to anybody in a long time, but i love the shirt cali xD

Is it just me or has your Podshow/Mevio feed been hijacked by Dr. Cockney? I just came home to find a dozen episodes of Dr. Cockney downloading in iTunes under the Geekbrief feed – and yes iTunes still tells me the feed is http://www.podshow.com/feeds/geekbrief.xml

First I loved the glasses. They fit your face perfectly. Next, the bit with the man waving up and down to bring up and then dissolve an image went on a bit long. I saw it, that’s nice, I’m still seeing it, that’s annoying. I much rather watch you flub.

I went to the HRP site and navigated it via webcam. SOOOOO cool. I want to find the source code for that so I can do it with my site. :D lol

As far as looking silly goes, we’ve gotten used to people sticking things onto their ears and walking down the street apparently talking to no one. We can get used to this. I think the really tricky thing is going to be tightening down the definition of the air space so that we can get the number of links normally on a page to respond to this. But you’re right, that is the seriously cool kind of innovation we like to see on the Brief.

I gotta say, I really like the looks of the various all-in-one computers, and they certainly solve the clutter problem. But somehow, I just don’t feel like I really own a computer until I grab a Phillips screwdriver and start tinkering with the parts.

Regarding the Air Jack (Air Jack, AirStrike… Theme?), how long does it take to inflate?

And I was just getting accustomed to the idea of touch screens. Being able to control computers with my hands via the air is an incredibly cool concept.

Oh and about that air-bag like car jack. Very cool concept, but wouldn’t it be better on a grassy surface? If pavement melt metal, I’d think that it could melt that substance too. It looked liked plastic, am I right?

Excellent episode. AirStrike looks slick, but I really like the HRP stuff. However, how silly would you look sitting in a Starbucks by yourself waving your arms about while reading the news or whatever haha they’ll definatly cut you off of the caffeine for sure :)
