On Saturday, I hung out at the My Home 2.0 studio, a technology makeover show. I got to see some really cool D.I.Y. projects, but I’m not allowed to show you those just yet. On Brief #360, I talk to one of the three gurus, Alison Lewis about how her interest in integrating technology into fashion. She gets her fashion cred from Parsons, and her tech cred from creating and installing interactive exhibits in children’s and science museums.

Nice editing on this one. It looked multi-camera, but I’m sure it wasn’t. Well done! Fun interview, with a take on tech that we don’t get very often. And I was pleased to see the return of my favorite opening animation.

One the things that draws me to GBTV is it’s evident lack of “testosterone,” especially so in the rapport between Alison and yourself in this pod-cast. I feel a lot less intimidated when I hear about the new technologies when I learn about them from people like Neil and yourself. ^-^~

Hey, nice piece. I’d like to know more about what Alison is working in the shop there.

Great to see you and Alison on screen together. Thanks again for coming out to NJ to be part of all this. Sorry I couldn’t be there, but I know you were in good hands.

As someone who loves both fashion and technology, thanks for this episode! I really enjoyed it, and will have fun delving in and checking out her DIY project suggestions as well.

Cali,
Nice interview – back to basic tech stuff (sorry, but I’m getting weary of the Big Trip).
I had to shudder when I saw you sitting in what must be the Philly airport. Ugh…
Glad you’re back in Texas!

Stop the trip thing. Stick to the core. Again, mic yourself and take closer shots. I love the other shows.
