Shownotes
IFA 2008 is taking place in Germany and Philips Electronics announced enough beautifully designed products to fill a weeks worth of briefs. I picked my top three favorites:
Cinema Ones an all-in-one home theater system that includes an upscalling DVD player, CD player, an iPod dock, a five channel amplifier, six speakers and a subwoofer.
The Phillips DVD Home Theater System provides 9.1 surround from four towers, a dedicated center speaker and a subwoofer.
The NP2900 Network Music Player streams music from a PC or Internet radio stations over your home’s wireless netork.
Sony’s DSC-T500 (I always like to imagine the DSC stands for Daily Source Code) Cyber-Shot point and shoots 720p video.
Amit Goffer, an Israeli engineer created ReWalk. ReWalk is a robotic exoskeleton that makes it possible for paraplegics to walk.

The new Philips DVD home theater system looks great! I have the prev gen version of this that is wall-mounted and the new 9.1 and upscaling on this may be a reason to upgrade. Thanks!

You have a really nice body and boobs. I like the way you talk too.

While I’m sure that’s meant to be flattering, it’s inappropriate. Only say things on the web that you would walk up to someone and say in person.

Cali,
I almost didn’t post this time. but I am curious as to why you didn’t just delete the off topic post? but since you didn’t I must say your response if very classy. oh, and you don’t need to reply if you don’t want to as to not dwell on the subject.
That said, I thought it was a good brief. I have been looking into some kind of home theater setup ever since my projector caught on fire. Just a tip if you have a projector, make sure you have it on a battery backup. We lost power and ours just burst into flames. It was a very sad day. :(
and good luck on the Bus!!!

Wish I could find more details on the philips DVD theater. What I’m really looking for is a small home theather setup with wireless rears and at least optical input if not HDMI to provide audio for a Mac Mini and PS3. I’m not found many appealing options that aren’t huge receiver systems.
