		<description>Don&#039;t know how much experience you have with TiVo, but, I don&#039;t see the Nero as a big deal.  First, there is no CableCARD, so it is realistically limited to only OTA HD.  To get a CableCARD, you need a CableLabs certified PC.  Second, TiVo&#039;s real usefulness comes from being an always on and available appliance - not a dongle on some other computer.  If you look at the overall pricing, Nero isn&#039;t particularly a great deal.</description>
