Now I want an online store that imports routers with FLOWER VASE FUNCTIONALITY in to Japan…
See, we feel the pain too ;)

Love the show Cali. Damn you talk fast. Umm, what did you say again? :)

The way I see it, the router is just the beginning! It’s proof of concept and the concept is SOUND! We need FLOWER VASE FUNCTIONALITY in everything: Computers, cameras, cell phones, USB drives… The world shall be our flower vase!

Cali, i too am waiting for my 5d mk ii – no clue as to when my store will get one… however, since you asked for links to samples… man have i got the site for you! There’s a wiki for the 5d and there’s a whole section on the 5d mk ii and there are TONS of samples http://is.gd/97VD and we’re adding more and more each day.

Maybe it’s just me Cali, but the router reminds me too much of a water cooling tower of a nuclear power plant (no pun intended) to be “relaxing” or “peaceful”. The flower doesn’t help. Maybe if it wasn’t white? If I HAD to use that router, it too would be out of sight. The router definitely gives me the creeps.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Neal, hope you feel better!

You mean you don’t have the more cowbell app on your iPhone… that would cure the fever.
I gotta have more cowbell!

The advantage of FLOWER VASE FUNCTIONALITY for wireless routers is that wireless routers tend to need to be someplace nearby. My wireless router is right in the middle of my house, where everyone can see it. It might be nice if it were disguised as a flower vase.

I was one of the lucky ones. I’ve posted a video shot with the Canon 5d Mark II on by blog here: http://rhettolson.blogspot.com/2008/11/canon-5d-mark-ii-sample-video-2.html
I’ve also got an image and some other video footage from the camera on the blog as well.

Oh darn and I just bought a new N-router. Kidding of course ;) Mine is pretty without the flowers though!

Hey Cali & GB’ers!
I see so many iPod docking speakers nowadays.
But what about us who have a generic MP3 player, but still want bigger sound from our portable MP3 player?
I had a Motorola RAZR for years as my primary MP3 player, now I’ve been given a Blackberry Pearl by my employer. These both take a mini-usb plug similar to many digital cameras. Isn’t there a speaker/docking station that can plug into my phone’s mini-usb port?
Anyone?
