Today’s Brief is all about the gadgets I have lying around the GBTV Studios.
I’ve always loved the products from Thoughtout.biz. The latest is the Ped3 Auto. It has suction cups so you can mount it to the windshield or your dashboard to use apps like Google Maps easily.
eWoo made some interesting design choices with the eFizz HiFi Station. Overall it’s a beautiful design with a down firing subwoofer.
I can’t give you a review of the TriaBeauty Laser Hair Removal System just yet, but I will over the next six to eight months.
I used the ProPrompter Wing for iPhone and iPod Touch while I was in Australia. It’s the least expensive prompter option you can get.

I enjoy seeing the “stuff” other people use, whether it’s hardware, software or tech. Something I personally use – and like very much – is Skype. Quite a stir in Europe, I don’t know of Skype has yet “taken off” here in the ’states. I realize there are people who don’t particularly care for the VoIP service, but that’s a part of what diversity is about. One example, is that – despite being REALLY g33k – I just don’t “get” Twitter and I can’t for the life of me, figure it the what or why. Diversity.

I’m excited to hear how well the TriaBeauty works. I hope you can stick with the trial for the 6-8 months, so you can give us a true report on the product. Other bloggers have been give an chance to try it and report back but they have all failed to stick with the test. What I love about your reports is you give a true report on the products you try, your not afraid to give an unfavorable review if it doesn’t meet your standard. Very refreshing. thanks

Loved the brief, but my student’s overactive imaginations resulted in many unanswered questions concerning the testing of the laser hair-removal device. Will we be seeing before and after shots of someone’s armpit? Will the part in Neal’s hair gradually get wider and wider over the next few months? Will your cute dog, who we just met, gradually turn into a Mexican Hairless?? Inquiring (and twisted) minds want to know….
I didn’t let my wife see this brief, for fear that my mustache might gradually start falling out. This thing could be dangerous in the wrong hands, and should not be sold to anyone of college age, especially if they live in a fraternity house.

Concerning the Ped2 Auto…
You need to know that in California (and some other states) it is illegal to attach a device to the windshield.

Cali~ I have to agree that you are going to have to really keep us updated as to your hair removal progress. As you probably well know, it costs thousands of dollars to remove it for ever, or over years of waxing, same thing. If you split this with a girlfriend, it could be a real money saver…please keep us posted!!! I don’t need pictures of hairy armpits, though. Or a hairless dog!! I will take your word for it!

did you ever do an update on this one? My wife went through the whole nine yards back in the days and burned through a lot of money. (and just in case someone wanted to know, it didn’t last forever.)
