It happens to me all the time and I know when someone is talking about it, I have a list in my head that runs. THAT is what companies should strive for - to be the ones we are talking about. 		<description>I think over the last ten years (excluding the last 2 or so) many businesses who have ridden a nice wave of growth lost touch with what it takes to grow a business or a brand. Without loyal customers your business will suffer over time. I think that is why we see so many businesses collapsing right now.</description>
