Eagerly awaiting Cali coverage. Will be 5PM here in UK. Better get my tea down me quick b4 logging in. Holding off on all Apple purchases until I have all the dirt.
Keynote theme is "Something is in the Air." ( http://apple.com ). Adobe AIR's pre-release tour starts today, and Macworld Expo is the only other upcoming event listed at the Adobe Air dev page ( http://www.adobe.com/devnet/air/ ). iPhone needs an SDK, and AIR runs apps on most OSes. Coincidence?
Anyone else having a problem with it popping up and saying you need to update your browser. I am current on both Firefox and IE. both are giving me the error. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Got same error in Firefox, but both are linked as upgrades. So, it would be even stranger if only the Windows versions work! But, probably just a hiccup. (fingers crossed)
Uh-oh—from CoveritLive.com: …CoveritLive's servers are overloaded * Global demand exceeded our capacity * We apologize to our users and readers * We will be better prepared next time * We appreciate your patience * We are truly sorry we let you down Snazzy CSS tho…
If anyones still beating there head on the CoverIt Live lameness (who could have guessed there'd be demand for Macworld Keynote live blogging?), http://www.macrumorslive.com is working pretty well.
I was unable to even get geekbrief.tv to load much less the CoverItLive stuff. I went over to macworld.com to get the feed and it was working OK. I would have been surprised if it all worked the first time but I bet it will work much better next year. Too bad about your cameras. Looking forward to hearing more about Macworld from you guys. Hope you continue to have a great time!
I checked the keynote coverage through arstechnica on my iphone during keynote, it was good. I saw the GeekBrief team (Cali, Neal and the intern) in the West Hall at the Moscone center about 2pm! It was awesome to see in person!

If only Macworld was an official holiday, then I could get off school and watch all of this live blogging stuff!

All the online Apple stores are down, as is the tradition.
