Do you know about my Junk Trunk?
We produce alot of video that doesn’t make it to GeekBrief.TV. If it’s really bad, we trash it. If it’s largely good, but has a problem or doesn’t fit into the GBTV format, we post it to the Junk Trunk. Here’s an example:
We love oysters, but we’re saving money for the Big Trip, so rather than going to a restarant, we got oysters from a grocery story, which meant I had to shuck them myself.
As a whole, we’re happy with the video we made, but it was dark in the room and the way Neal set the camera created too much blur. Some people might be interested in it anyway, so we posted it to my junk trunk.
You can subcribe to my junk trunk in iTunes by clicking here, if you want to watch the crap.

of course I want to watch the “crap” I would watch anything that has Cali Lewis in it. Heck you could make a video of you watching a pot of water boil and I am willing to be most everyone here would download and watch it.
i’m just hoping the lead in would be you shaking your trunk. (sorry had to go there).
luv ya as always

Watched your junk with horror. As a long time oyster-eater and an experienced shucker in the future can I recommend two things. First, wear a glove when shucking. An old work glove is good and then hold the towel in your glove hand and rest the oyster on the cloth. Next, get a better shuck. Get one with a sheath in front of the handle to protect your other hand from slippage. As a new shucker, it is best to work at the joint at the back. Use less of a pushing force and more of a twisting force to crack the joint. Then slip the shuck blade through and up to the top. As well, do not hold it with the flat side down but the flat side up. It will be easier to remove the shell and you won’t loose the natural juices. One last thing, bad oyster can have a closed lid as much as a good one. Tap them together, if it sounds hollow it is bad. Do not open because it is one of the worst smells you will experience. The oysters you had were not fresh. This was evident from the lack of juice. Dry oysters are older and can be up to a month out of the water. Ask when they arrived in town. Better yet, take a trip to the home of oysters – PEI or Nova Scotia in Canada.
Cheers

Maybe it was just be but at the beginning it was nauseating because the video was ghosting and slow. After you paused in the middle it got better though.
Other than that, looks good :) I hate food that is difficult to eat (i.e. crab legs).

Well, there will probably be a lot of titties and gore so…
I recommend a free online Web site to see the film “GB Movie Blog“.
