looks great … but still remember being seduced by a Nokia E61 a few years ago, which offered all sorts of stuff, including 3G tethering & Wi-Fi & a good screen & keyboard, and goodness knows … only half of which it truly delivered on, despite umpteen recourses to the manual (what) … will never trust Nokia again – would have to have it in my hand & wouldn’t hold my breath !
looks good .. i almost like how they totally unapologetically replicate apple’s designs with a nokia twist. don’t get me wrong, nokia is a great design company in it’s own right.
i wish the screen would occupy the whole real estate .. oh well .. 10.1 ain’t gonna cut it for me anyway, 14.1 is still a bare minimum as far as im concerned. others might not mind though!
and well 3G is nice and all but its probably gonna still be tied in to contracts with at&t in the us or rogers in canada and what not … i really hope one day we can just subscribe to a 3G wireless data plan and just get an ssid-type key with a password and just log on to our accounts regardless of what device it is we’re using it with … *sigh*!..
I like it. Looks good and I hope it performs well. And design-wise… I really dont give a **** about design. A laptop is a tool that needs to perform. You ever cared what your tools in your toolbox looked like? Not a lot of people care about the design of their hammer, it needs to hit nails.
I’m the same computer-wise. It has to do it’s JOB.

Wow it’s a predictable attempt at “looking” like an Apple, big surprise.
