Yesterday, PodShow changed their name to Mevio. The goal was to make sure all links didn’t break, and all feeds switched over without a hitch. That was the goal, at least!
I’m getting reports that the GeekBrief.TV feed in iTunes is being replaced by Tech5 and Dr. Cockney: International Sex Therapist. I have not put these shows in the feed, and it’s not something Mevio (PodShow) is doing on purpose. They’re working hard to make sure it’s fixed.
This is a quick audio announcement I uploaded to my feeds this morning.

for the record I download the extra large GTV only been getting the GTV

Hey Cali, haven’t gotten the sex therapist, but I did have 35 new episodes in my junk trunk feed, most of them duplicates – not sure why, but perhaps you should know about this issue as well. Although, it was interesting watching some really old episodes that came up that I didn’t previously have (dated around 10/06)

Just to let you know that it seems (at least on my Itunes small video feed) that it’s downloading duplicates of all the shows!

It does not help that podshow cut podcaster payments by 50% on one of their long running advertising deals. They are simply robbing the podcasters that are on the network.

Yikes, I got all the old podcasts again yesterday (sat 26th), second time this week. Kind of sucks as they download directly into my Beyond TV recorded shows..

I also get every past episode available downloaded. Minor inconvenience.
